Personal Training Options

I offer individualised personal training packages to help you get the most out of your training by providing knowledge and guidance around how to use your menstrual cycle to your advantage, how to safely train during pregnancy and also help you return to exercise after having a baby.

With personal training options to suit the level of support you need from in person to online, and coaching frequencies up to weekly or monthly. These packages start at $65/week with Postnatal group sessions starting at $30/week.

Training during pregnancy

Not only is this safe but its proven to have positive benefits for both mother & baby. Here I focus on educating you to be in control and having the knowledge to be able to make decisions when it comes to the right exercise for you during your pregnancy. 

Over the years I have worked with many pregnant clients as well as adjusting my own training during my pregnancy. 

This is a 1:1 Personal training package which provides you with tailored exercise plans for your individual needs, educational resources for understand more about your adapting body, access to my very own app to help train anywhere and follow up support outside of our live sessions.

Postnatal Training

Getting back into exercise after baby can be overwhelming and scary. Here I provide the most recent guidelines when it comes to safely returning to exercise. I help to take the thinking out of things to educate you to understand how to listen to your bodies needs and set yourself up for long term success. 

Here I offer a comprehensive return to activity guide which can be started within the first week post birth and is suitable for guiding you through the first 8 weeks post birth. 

Next I offer 1:1 personal training or group sessions where both mum and baby can attend. 

These programs assess your starting point and make tailored adjustments when needed. Also we have a positive relationship with the beautiful women's pelvic health physio in Nelson and can refer out when recommended. All clients receive Live in person sessions, app workouts, educational resources, facebook coaching group, training notebook, baby blanket & core and floor online classes in this package. Bespoke Women's Training

 Here I work with clients to train around their menstrual cycles. More and more research is coming out to show that we need an adapted our approach to training women compared to men. This makes sense when you look at how much our physiology fluctuates across the phases of our cycle. I am not only passionate about helping clients achieve their goals but also educate them to understand the importance of our cycle and the impact it can have on training. I offer 1:1 Personal training options to suit the level of support needed.
