We offer outdoor small group exercise classes for any ability. Our focus is to combat the alarming rate of sedentary individuals nation wide and to have a ton of fun along the way.

In 2018 stats showed that 51% of people still do not participate in physical activity in NZ. Now that’s amazing that 49% of the population do but as a country we still have a massive way to go.

ACTIVE@thePark strives to make physical activity more accessible for our community, particularly for those who struggle to move & find time. We pride ourselves in providing cost effective, time efficient and a supportive no-judgement zone exercise environment.
